This figure varies based on the competitiveness of the search terms you wish to feature for and the number of pages your site has. Many of our competitors take a large upfront payment, but due to the long-term nature of this type of work we feel it is more appropriate to structure things in this manner.
E-commerce websites can be charged in one of two ways.
Commission Payments - Nothing to Pay Upfront
Customers looking to sell products on their website can pay nothing up front for the design and back-end to their website.
They would then pay commission based on the orders that are generated from the site. Commission percentages are
based on individual circumstances and can be tailored to suit products with vastly different product margins.
This method is usually chosen by customers looking to start a new business or expand into new product lines whilst
maintaining the company’s liquidity. This method also allows the customer to have their website updated as
many times as they wish for no extra cost.
Half and Half
Some customers may wish to combine these two methods and pay a lower amount upfront and then pay a lower commission rate
on the orders generated. You will still receive unlimited site updates but do not have to pay as much money for
each order generated. This method is ideal for customers selling high value products with low profit margins.
